The MiBlackBox monthly R1000 cash giveaway competition
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Promoter of the MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition is MiBlackBox®, which is a service provided to you by MiBlackBox Africa (Pty) Limited Registration Number: 2019/528892/07 (hereinafter referred to as “MiBlackBox”).
MiBlackBox is a private company incorporated and registered in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of South Africa having its registered address at Suite 7, Block B, Carlswald Close, Corner 7th and New Roads, Midrand, Gauteng, 1682.
All persons entering the MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition (“the MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition”) agree to the competition rules as set out in the terms and conditions below which are binding on the entrant. The entrant is to read these terms and conditions carefully as they are important.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, lawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the entrant or the Promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”).
The entrant acknowledges by entering the promotional competition, he/she has read the terms and conditions and that he/she warrants, understands and agrees to these terms and conditions which are binding on the entrant. The entrant further agrees that by entering this promotional competition, he/she will be bound by these rules the compliance of which shall be determined by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute in connection therewith will be final and binding.
To enter the MiBlackBox monthly R1000 cash Giveaway Competition and to qualify for the competition prize:
- All entrants must register and remain a paying subscriber of the MiBlackBox App service at the time of their entry to the promotional competition and the draw for the competition prize. Free users of the MiBlackBox App service will not qualify as an entrant for this promotional competition or the prize. Free users are users that are / were able to use the MiBlackBox App service for test or promotional purposes or generally where there was no charge levied for the use of the service by Miblackbox to the user .
- Entrants must tell us how MiBlackBox may have helped you protect yourself and/or your loved ones in a case of an emergency OR even tell us what you think MiBlackBox could do in assisting you or your loved to keep safe by commenting in the comment section.

If the entrant does not want to participate in the MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition and/or does not agree with any of the terms and conditions referred to herein, the entrant is not to participate alternatively is to withdraw his/her entry for the MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition in writing to the email address provided – info@miblackbox.africa
The MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition takes place during the months of March, May, July, September and November 2022. The competition will start on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of that specific month, at 17:00pm CAT.
The winner will be announced on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter on the 1st business day of the following month at 14h00.
Two representatives of the Promotor shall unanimously select a winner premised upon what they believe, in their sole and absolute discretion, is the best tip submitted by an entrant as to how MiBlackBox has helped you protect yourself or your loved ones in case of emergency or how MiBlackBox can better assist you or your loved ones in keeping safe. The Promoter shall conduct the promotional competition in the manner, it in its sole and absolute discretion deems fit and the Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the MiBlackBox Monthly R1000 Cash Giveaway Competition including the selection of the prize winner/s is final and no correspondence will be entered into nor entertained by the Promoter.
The prize consists of:
A R1000 Cash Voucher and there will be one (1) winner per month and there will be five (5) winners in total .
The Promoter, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to, without notice and at any time, amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend, or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to draw), or any aspect thereof for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary. In the event of termination, all participants, including the entrant, agree to waive any rights which he/she may have in terms of the promotional competition and acknowledge that he/she will have no recourse or claims against the Promoter, its holding companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers, nominated agents, directors, members, employees or any other person associated therewith for that matter of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, whether past, present or future.
This promotional competition is in no way sponsored by, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, Inc. By entering this promotional competition, you confirm that you are a South African resident and that you release Instagram/Facebook of any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s/Facebook’s/Twitter’s terms of use.
